We’ve been waiting a long time to say this…

The Jane Byrne Interchange is finally mostly reopening. The project, which was expected to wrap in 2018, took 9 years and went almost $300 Million over its projected budget.

The reworked interchange is expected to have way less congestion than before. Construction is not completely finished, but drivers can finally pass through.
