Scientists have been working on bringing back the Wooly Mammoth from extinction. A company called Colossal has already invested over $60 million in bringing back the hairy cousin of the elephant. The company intends to bring back Wooly Mammoths by 2027.

They believe that reintroducing the extinct creature to its natural climate will help fight climate change.
