Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon from “The Real Housewives of Potomac” have a podcast called “Reasonably Shady” and they recently applied for a trademark on the name.
And Eminem filed papers to STOP them. He says the title could cause confusion among people who’ve known him as Slim Shady and just plain “Shady” since the late ’90s.
Bryant and Dixon want the trademark for merchandising purposes.
