A new horror film is really freaking people out. “The Outwaters” was released on February 9th and has received mixed reviews.

Reports indicate the flick has viewers claiming that the movie gave them nightmares and some had to leave the theater to vomit. One theater-goer even claimed his Apple watch alerted him about his heart rate twice while watching the film. 

It follows a group of friends in their 30s who take a trip to the Mojave Desert to shoot a music video and begin to experience unexplained sounds, vibrations, and unnatural animal behavior.

The movie has earned a 71% critics rating and a 60% audience rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
