The Taste of Chicago and Chicago‘s two NASCAR races were both scheduled to take place very close to each other on the calendar. This would have caused issues for set up for the Taste of Chicago, and even threatened to move the event from its usual Grant Park spot to a new location like Navy Pier.
Well, the Taste of Chicago will officially STAY in Grant Park… but it’s moving the dates the event will be taking place. The Taste of Chicago is now set for September 8th – 10th in Grant Park. So it will be late summer/early fall Chicago weather attendees will be dealing with instead of blistering summer weather. Perfect time for comfort food!
