The Wiener’s Circle is at it again.
This time it’s an NFL playoffs edition.
The North Side hot dog joint, located at 2622 North Clark Street, will offer free dogs next week Tuesday if the Bears score a touchdown on offense or defense, or if a big man scores a touchdown — a la William “Refrigerator” Perry — and the Bears win their Wild Card matchup with the archrival Green Bay Packers on Saturday night at Soldier Field.
And the Wiener’s Circle is offering one more stipulation for a free hot dog — if the Bears win and defensive coordinator Dennis Allen does “The Macarena.”
Earlier this season, the Wiener’s Circle handed out free hot dogs after Bears head coach Ben Johnson took his shirt off in the locker room during the postgame celebration following a win over the Philadelphia Eagles (see attached video player).
Now there are several ways for patrons to get a free hot dog there again next week. But the Bears winning the game is the first criteria that has to be met.
