Illinois has 40 new laws, with the changing of the calendars. Since ‘Top 5’ is what I’ve become associated with, I figured I’d pick out my top 5 New Illinois Laws of 2018. NBC 5 Chicago has listed all 40. That full list with descriptions can be read here.

Who doesn’t love corn? Buttered, popped, sweet; corn is amazing! The veggie on a cob is already the official state vegetable. I solute you, corn, for your newest state title!
