An eighth-grader created a website for a school project that matches shelter dogs with human adopters. Thirteen-year-old Aiden Horwitz’s website, DogDoOrDogDont.org, asks potential dog owners to fill out a 13-question survey that finds out things like what kind of house they have, whether they have children, and what kind of resources they can provide for a dog.
Once the survey is done, it adds up the scores and displays all of the compatible dogs that are listed on the website of the animal rescue organization Austin Pets Alive!
