John Greenan, and his dog, Bugs, had a frightful encounter right outside his home. A coyote attacked Greenan and his dog as they returned home from their Sunday night walk. Owner and pet protected each other and fortunately neither were seriously injured. Coyote attacks have been occurring to people and dogs in that area and NBC says that experts warn that those going out in the evening should keep their dogs on tight leashes, have a flashlight hand and make noise to scare coyotes off.
