Adam Lambert announced via Twitter that Queen + Adam Lambert would appear on Sunday night’s (February 24th) Academy Awards telecast, posting, “We will rock The Oscars.” The Freddie Mercury and Queen biopic is up for five statues — including the awards for Best Actor for the film’s lead Rami Malek, along with the prizes for Best Picture, Best Sound Mixing, Best Film Editing, and Best Sound Editing. The 91st Academy Awardsairs live on Sunday (February 24th) on ABC at 8 pm ET.
