The Sandlot is headed to a TV near you. 25 years after it was in theaters.

And the original cast is returning.

The Sandlot TV series will take place in 1984 with the boys – Ham, Squints, Repeat, Smalls, Rodriguez – all grown up with kids of their own.

Confused? Me too. Until I remembered the original movie was set in 1962.
