Chicago Uber and Lyft drivers are taking part in a nation-wide 24-hour strike today: Wednesday, May 8th.  Strikers are demanding livable wages, job security, regulated fares, benefits and a limit to the number of ride-share drivers.  Lyft has responded publicly, saying they pay their drivers on average $20 an hour.  You may want to plan on taking the CTA today…
