According to a new survey, Jack Torrance from “The Shining” is the most popular classic horror villain in 10 states. Pennywise from “It” is second with 8 states, and Chucky from “Child’s Play” tied Frankenstein for third place, with 6 states each.
Here in Illinois, we apparently love that little killer doll, because the numbers show he’s our state’s favorite. He is from Chicago after all! Illinois’ other cinematic serial killer, Michael Myers surprisingly appeared no where on the list!
