Chicago gets 2 new drive-in theaters this week

We’re still going to be waiting a while for movie theaters to open back up, but that doesn’t mean we can’t go out to see a movie!  Chicago’s got two new drive-in theater spaces you’ll want to check out.  “ChiTown Movies,” in the Pilsen neighborhood opened yesterday, June 9th, kicking off an 8-day run of Star Wars: A New Hope.  Check out upcoming times for Star Wars at ChiTown Movies HERE.  And, watch the video below to get a preview of the drive-in experience you’re in for…

Bridgeview is getting the “Chicago Drive-In Theater,”and they’ve already got quite the line up of movies scheduled!  They open this Thursday with 80’s classic adventure film, “The Goonies.”

This weekend they’ll also be showing “Honey, I Shrunk The Kids,” “Trading Places,” “Spider-Man: Far From Home,” “The Sandlot,” and the Chicago-based classic movie, “The Blues Brothers.”  See showtimes for those and more upcoming movies at ChicagoDriveIn.com.
