Suburban fans of the iconic Chicago Rainbow Cone, will no longer need to trek into the city to get one.  The Official Rainbow Cone is opening a location in Lombard today, Wednesday, May 5th.  The new Rainbow Cone Ice Cream Shop is located at 498 E. Roosevelt Road, open 11AM to 11PM most days (11:30AM to 11:30PM on Friday and Saturday).
