If you’re looking at that headline and asking yourself, “…What?” you’re as puzzled as I am. BroBible reports that Bob Baffert, the owner of the Kentucky Derby winner, Medina Spirit, who failed a drug test after the race, pushes blame for those test results on the pee of a stall worker. The groom, person who manages horse stalls, supposedly was on cough syrup and peed on Medina Spirit’s hay. According to Baffert, the horse ate some of the hay and failed a drug test.
Baffert says one test issue was created by a groom urinating in the stall after the groom had been taking cough medicine. Horse ate some of the hay.

Baffert also went on Fox News to blame cancel culture for the drug test. So, there’s that…
Baffert has had horses fail drug tests in the past and blamed grooms on those as well.
