James Scudder, (YouTube channel: Stitch76), says he felt moved to convert his family’s red Super Sport XL after local law enforcement pulled him over, telling him he “should not” drive the toy vehicle down streets. He says the modified car now has turn signals, hazard lights, and a horn to comply with local road vehicle requirements. He also replaced the car’s 24-volt battery with a 48-volt lead-acid battery that means the car can reach speeds of 22 mph.
