1,000 dog owners were surveyed about their pet’s favorite holiday song . . . and apparently, dogs have an INTERESTING taste in music.  Coming in at number one with a 10% vote was “Last Christmas” by Wham!.

This was followed by “Jingle Bells” with 9% and Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” with 6%.  Other favorites included “Wonderful Christmastime” by Paul McCartney and “Driving Home for Christmas” by Chris Rea.

The owners said their dogs preferred more upbeat songs, rather than instrumental, slower Christmas songs.  But 90% of the owners also said their dog enjoys music all year.  (Though in the spring they prefer “Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go”.)
