It’s hard not to notice some similarities here…
The Shedd Aquarium has a zebra shark named Bubbles who gave birth to baby sharks, referred to as pups, without the assistance of her male shark counterparts. This was done through parthenogenesis, a rare way zebra sharks asexually reproduce.
Considering the timing of the holiday, it’s hard not to notice a parallel. As far was we know, these shark pups SWIM in water and do not WALK on water.
