Golden Toilet traveling to Chicago-area Schools to highlight men’s health

September is National Self-Care Awareness Month.

A “pot of gold” is sparking some important conversations about men’s health and teen suicide prevention.

Sandra Delgado from Rush Hospital, Jonny Rodriguez, who’s been moving the toilet from school to school and Joe Trost, director of Buddy’s Helpers, who started it all, talked more about it.

It’s a chance for men, specifically teen boys, to talk more about their emotions and mental health.

High school boys soccer teams throughout the Chicago area are having a little fun with this topic, hoping the humor and smiles also bring attention to a very serious health topic.
