Burger King has created a sandwich in the spirit of Halloween that it says will literally give you nightmares. The sandwich is called the Nightmare King and features 1/4 pound of grilled beef, a “100% white meat” crispy chicken filet, melted American cheese, thick-cut bacon, mayo, and onions, all on a green, glazed sesame seed bun.

Burger King partnered with several organizations, including the Florida Sleep & Neuro Diagnostic Services, Inc., to conduct a scientific study involving this special sandwich. They looked at 100 participants over ten nights, and found after participants ate the Nightmare King sandwich their “incidence of nightmares increased by 3.5 times.” The Nightmare King will be available beginning Monday, October 22nd, for a limited time.
