If you’re a person that started having aches and pains at age 30 you might want to stop listening now. That’s because 86-year-old Betty Goedhart of La Jolla, California has been named the world’s oldest trapeze artist. The Guinness Book of World Records holder says she only started taking lessons at age 78, and that trying the sport helped her overcome her fear of heights. She added that she hopes someday someone can beat out her record.
