It may come as no surprise, but another report has declared Chicago the most corrupt city in the United States. The report ranked cities based on corrupt conditions from 1976 to 2017. Chicago leads the way with over 1700 convictions in that span of time. Los Angeles came in second with just over 1,500 convictions. It’s not all bad news: Illinois only ranked 3rd when it came to the most corrupt states.
