I gave my daughter a diary when she was 6 years old and made a point to never invade her privacy by reading it, even though I had plenty of opportunities. She is now 23 and last night decided to show me what was in it. Turns out she only wrote on three pages. After all these years of wondering what she wrote I really thought there would be more juicy entries.
