This December, Fitzgerald’s SideBar in Berwyn will serve as the location of a pop-up bar based on the feel-good Christmas-themed classic, 1946’s It’s A Wonderful Life.  Every Wednesday in November the bar will host a tribute to the holiday film by being turned into Nick’s, the very same bar in Bedford Falls that George Bailey and guardian angel, Clarence visit.  The festive bar will feature an antique cash register,  impromptu sing-alongs, a raffle at the end of each evening and a drink menu inspired by It’s A Wonderful Life that features drinks fit for the angels.

Nick’s, the It’s A Wonderful Life pop-up bar debuts December 6th and runs through the 27th.  They will open at 5pm each evening and play the film every night at 8pm.
