Lazy Dog, a restaurant chain known for being friendly to pets, is opening a location in Vernon Hills (1111 N. Milwaukee Avenue).

Dogs will be allowed on the patio, and they get their own menu. Dog customers are encouraged to avoid the “three B’s”: Begging, Barking and Biting.

The restaurant is currently under construction.
