The Conners will carry on without Roseanne Barr. Variety is reporting that ABC has ordered a “Roseanne” spinoff starring original cast members John Goodman, Laurie Metcalf, Sara Gilbert, Lecy Goranson and Michael Fishman. The new series, “The Conners,” will debut this fall and take over the 8 p.m. time-slot that “Roseanne” had been slated to occupy.
