There’s no better location for the up coming U.S. Museum of Pizza than Chicago! Founder & Director Kendall Bruns is bringing his collection of pizza memorabilia (including “pizza-themed ephemera, including menus, rare pizza boxes, vinyl records, vintage ads, toys, video games, and more”) to the South Loop. For now, The U.S. Museum of Pizza than Chicago will be a pop-up open Friday’s through Sunday’s. Its set to open Friday, August 10th and will be serving samples of Aurelio’s of South Loop during their grand opening weekend.
