This is one internet challenge that isn’t necessarily dumb– it’s called the ‘tip the bill challenge.’ To participate, you’ll just have to tip 100 percent of your bill to your server and then post about it on social media. It’s not clear how and where the trend began, but The Independent claims it began in March of this year. There are currently over 900 #TipTheBillChallenge posts on Instagram, with hundreds more gaining traction on Twitter and Facebook.
