At least we aren’t at the bottom of the list. Allstate Insurance has released their “Best Drivers Report of the 200 largest cities and Chicago came up in 129th place. The list of 128 cities with better drivers than Chicago includes Illinois suburbs Aurora, Joliet, Naperville and Rockford. At the very bottom of the list is Baltimore.
The list is based on the numbers of insurance claims from drivers in the top 200 cities. Who knows where Chicago would place on the list if they included unreported incidents!
