The Mega Millions and Powerball jackpots combined are now worth over $2 billion after no-one won the top prize in Saturday’s (October 20th) Powerball drawing, increasing its estimated jackpot for Wednesday’s drawing to $620 million. Meanwhile, the Mega Millions drawing on Tuesday is expected to have a jackpot of $1.6 billion, which will be the largest prize in U.S. lottery history, after there was no jackpot winner last Friday. No-one has won the Mega Millions jackpot since July 24th, and no-one has won the Powerball top prize since August 11th.
