A vote on November 15th will decide whether or not a third Portillo’s location will open on Chicago’s Northwest Side. The Chicago staple hopes to place another pin on the map at 3357 W. Addison St. in the Avondale neighborhood. Residents seem enthusiastic for the addition and so am I!
