It’s not too late for flu vaccine

If you haven’t had a flu shot yet, there’s still time to protect yourself from this year’s outbreak, according to health officials. The vaccine takes 10 days or so to kick in, and there’s some evidence that its effectiveness declines over a period of months. The flu season tends to peak in December, so a good time to get the shot is right about now.
