Christmas Dinner blasted off for International Space Station

A cargo launch bound for the International Space Station Wednesday (December 5th) included Christmas dinner for the crew. On board SpaceX’s DragonX capsule that was blasted into space were smoked turkey breast, cranberry sauce, candied yams and fruitcake. Also on board were mice and worms for scientific studies. The capsule is set to arrive at the ISS on Saturday. SpaceX has been making deliveries to the space station for NASA since 2012.
