Redfin the real estate news & analysis website has released their 2019 top 10 ‘Hottest Affordable Neighborhoods.’ The list contains neighborhoods that vary from locations Baltimore, Maryland to San Antonio, Texas. Sitting at the very top of the list is Chicago’s McKinley Park. The site states “People who live there have excellent connectivity to downtown because it’s right off the L and the expressway. The neighborhood has a beautiful park with public amenities, a pond and an outdoor swimming pool.”
