Say goodbye to Apple’s fairly new flagship store.  The tech giant sold the visually interesting property along the river (right by the NBC Tower). It was only in October 2016 that the store opened to the public.  Atlanta-based Invesco has bought the property for $79 million dollars (or $3,900 per square foot).  The store cost $80 million to build, so it looks like Invesco is walking away with a sweet deal.
