Don’t wander too far from your car, you might come back to find it onto of cinder blocks. Tire thieves have been striking cars in the Northwest side of Chicago. In the last 10 days, six victims have reported finding their cars without their tires. The thefts have been occurring mainly at night to vehicles parked on the streets in Portage Park and Jefferson Park.
