Study says: You should be napping

A new study has compared the sleep habits of human beings to other mammals.  Guess what was different… Other mammals were napping!  Naps have already been recommended to increasing mental sharpness.  This study found that naps helped with maintaining a healthy blood pressure.  I think that’s worth 10-20 minutes of z’s; don’t you?
