
Sources have confirmed Mick Jagger has undergone his heart procedure in Manhattan and “is in great health,” according to Billboard. According to the report, “The Rolling Stones frontman is getting some rest and could be released in the next few days… Doctors were able to access Jagger’s heart valve through his femoral artery and are now monitoring (him) for any complications that could arise from the procedure, including excess bleeding.”
The Stones’ tour is currently being rescheduled, with the new dates expected to be rolled out in the next few weeks. The band’s 15-date trek was supposed to kick off on April 20th in Miami Gardens, Florida at the Hard Rock Stadium. Early reports are stating the rain check shows could begin as early as July.
