It was 20 years ago that Chicago was FILLED with craft-augmented cow statues.  Businesses everywhere wanted to make their mark on a cow and those statues were EVERYWHERE.  Now, to celebrate their 20-year-anniversary, the cows are back in town.  If you head to the Jane Byrne Park, you can see the return of ‘Cows on Parade.’  They’re calling it, “Cows Come Home.”  Around 20 cows are on display now throughout July and more may even come to join the herd this month!
