Seinfeld is heading to Netflix. According to The New York Post, the streaming giant and Sony Pictures announced yesterday (September 16th) that Netflix has obtained the global streaming rights to the show. Each of the 180 episodes of the long running series will be available on Netflix beginning in 2021.
The announcement comes in the wake of the announcement of Friends leaving Netflix for another platform. One legendary 90’s sitcom replacing another! And, it only cost Netflix HALF A BILLION DOLLARS!!
