Aerosmith chosen to be 2020 MusiCares ‘Person Of The Year’

Aerosmith will be the recipients of the 2020 ‘MusiCares Person of The Year.’  The band announced the honor during its October 3rd “Deuces Are Wild” show as part of their Park MGM Las Vegas residency.  Aerosmith’s salute will take place on January 24th in Los Angeles — two nights before the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards.  Last year’s recipient was Dolly Parton, with Fleetwood Mac becoming the first band, rather than a solo artist, to receive the honor in 2018.

Proceeds from the annual benefit gala will provide essential support for MusiCares, “which ensures that music people have a place to turn in times of financial, medical and personal need.”
