Bobby Jenson sings in a cover band called Hairball… and this man is a LEGEND.
During a performance in Sioux City, Iowa, Hairball performed KISS‘ classic “Detroit Rock City” when his hair caught on fire from pyrotechnics. Rather than stopping the show to SAVE HIS HEAD, Jenson just kept playing while stage crew put the fire out.
Even the real guys from KISS recognized Bobby’s bad-assery. Jenson told Ultimate Classic Rock, quote, “[They] got a hold of me already, and asked me if I was alright… they said, ‘Hey are you OK? [Eff] man, you just stood there and kept on singing.'” One legend recognizing another… you ROCK, Bobby Jenson!!
