Early Friday morning Mars and Jupiter will appear to touch

If you’re a star gazer or just looking for something to do from home, I recommend stepping outside about 2 hours before sunrise on Friday morning.  Sure, that means you’ll want to be outside at 5AM, but it also means you’ll get to witness a conjunction between Mars and Jupiter.  This means that the planets will appear to be touching.  And, if you miss it you can still catch the two fairly close to each other Friday night as well.
