Gov. J.B. Pritzker‘s Phase 3 begins this weekend as Illinois takes steps toward the norm. Obviously, not everything isn’t returning just yet. The good news is, we are seeing restaurants open outdoor seating, malls reopen, and more. BUT, we still have more phases to wait for before we can get back all the entertainment we lost.
In phase 4, we will see the gradual return of cinema and theaters with guidelines and finally get to dine inside the restaurants we love. Phase 5 is the big one, because when Illinois hits this phase, we will see the return of conventions, festivals and large events. It’s very likely that we won’t enter this phase until late this year, if at all in 2020.
