Bull lassoed by police after wandering onto Illinois highway

This is not something you expect to see while sitting in traffic! The Columbia Police Department in Illinois said officers had to respond to Interstate 255 on Wednesday, June 24th after drivers reported a bull wandering into the roadway.

Authorities say officers were eventually able to guide the bull away from the highway and then it was lassoed by its owner. The animal was not injured and was returned to its owner’s farm.
