Getting trapped on an elevator is no fun, but being trapped on an elevator because of an alligator is a whole other problem.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office in Florida recently responded after an alligator wandered into an apartment building in Lee County and trapped some residents inside an elevator when it blocked the door. Police say deputies isolated the alligator until a certified trapper arrived and “humanely removed the gator.”
