You can stay in a hotel suite based on the ‘Elf’ Christmas Movie

The 2003 movie, Elf, quickly became a Christmas classic and has many devoted fans, and now a Michigan hotel has created a suite for super fans that’s based on the film. The Elf suite at the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester is new this year for the holiday season, and proceeds from it will go towards funding The Big Bright Light Show in Rochester’s downtown.

Guests will get food inspired by Buddy the Elf‘s four main food groups: candy, candy canes, candy corn and syrup. When they arrive, they’ll receive maple toasty tarts, chocolate-covered marshmallow snowballs, and elf munch, which is Chex mix with additions like chocolate, marshmallows, and candy canes. The suite’s decor is based on the movie and includes things like 5,000 feet of handmade paper snowflake garland, a sign over the bed that reads, “Santa OMG I know him!” and a Buddy-themed Christmas tree.

The experience isn’t cheap, with the suite starting at $499 a night, but the hotel said that it’s almost sold out!
