At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Costco closed down their on-site food courts, limited their menu, and also stopped serving free food samples.
In a recent interview with Costco’s CFO, Richard Calanti said food courts will slowly be coming back, as will free samples. He added that some of the first items that will be back for sampling include breakfast sandwiches, noodle dishes, and meatballs.
