Who does really live under the sea? SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS, apparently!
Marine biologist Christopher Mah tweeted out this image of a yellow sponge and pink starfish, calling them, “Real life Sponge bob and Patrick!”
And everyone else agreed on the resemblance too…

The doppelgängers of the iconic animated pair were spotted by Mah during a livestream of a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration deepwater expedition.
